The Sea from the Girl / Морето от Момичето

- The Process / Процесът -

As I usually do these days I start with a digital version and then transfer it onto good quality watercolour paper. First thing I did was the line art using India ink, but then I switched to using water-soluble pencils for the water as I wanted to retain the “soft” look.

Напоследък започвам с дигитална версия на всяка илюстрация, след което я прехвърлям върху качествена акварелна хартия. Започнах с туш за основните линии, последвано от водоразтворими цветни моливи за водата, тъй като исках да запазя мекотата в очертанията й.

What follows is one of my favourite parts of the process. Working with aquarelle.

Тук идва и любимата ми част от целия процес, а именно работата с акварел.
